Counselling is available during normal AEST business hours, M – F 9.00 am – 5.00 pm, or to schedule a telephone counselling appointment 24 hours per day 7 days per week Australia wide.

EAP counselling addresses issues including stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, relationship issues, traumatic incidents, termination & redundancy, financial concerns, manager advice, health, dietary & nutritional advice and bereavement.
Who are the Counsellors?
Counsellors all have tertiary qualifications in psychology as well as extensive experience in trhe delivery of EAP services.
